The Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Riau province, so far still believes that there is no land conversion on a large scale in the province of Riau.
Moreover, the Head of Planning Agency of Riau Province M Yafis also told this problem to the Members of the House of Representatives Commission II during his working visit on Monday, April 27, 2015.

According to Yafis, the Spatial planning issues in Riau Province is still struggling in the problem region.
